The Elegant Equestriennes Club is a private alumnae circle for graduates of the remaining women’s colleges with equine programs—created for networking, heritage hosting, and the kind of traditions we all understand.

Founding Year is complimentary, and it’s special for one reason: America turns 250 only once in our lifetime.

I started this as a fun hosting project—researching the entertaining details of the Revolutionary era: what they served, what they poured, how “receiving hour” actually worked.
This took longer to build than I expected—but that extra time made the vision clearer. The deeper I went, the more the women took over the story: riders, estate managers, hostesses, operators—quiet strength that held households and communities together when it counted.

That’s how Founding Equestriennes was born: a Collector Edition hospitality series that honors the women behind the founding era—and gives us a meaningful, beautiful way to celebrate America 250 with grace, gratitude, and joy.
