The horse industry is powered by women. But a rare few share a particular heritage: the sisterhood formed inside the last private women’s colleges with equine programs.

The Elegant Equestriennes Club is a private circle created to honor that legacy—through tradition, friendship, and a trusted network that works in real life: at shows, at the races, on the road, and in the quiet moments in between.

Members use the Club to network at events, share trusted recommendations, and help one another quickly when needs arise on the road.

This Club is intentionally both social and practical: a place to recognize one another, connect quickly, and rely on a discreet Rolodex when horse life calls for it.

Eligibility (Intentional)

Founding invitations are limited to verified alumnae of:

Stephens College • William Woods University • Sweet Briar College • Wilson College • Saint Mary‑of‑the‑Woods College • St Andrews (Legacy)

It does not matter if you are no longer actively involved in the horse industry—if you are an alumna, you belong here. Your experience, friendships, and connections still add value to the circle.

To protect the culture, membership is alumnae‑only. Please include your college and graduation year so we may keep the roster accurate.
